What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

The short version. Our website sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels. We do not sell your information. We never see your full card number. Everything below is the detail behind those four sentences.

What we collect
When you just visit the site
Nothing that identifies you. The website has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no analytics and no advertising trackers as of the date above.
Your browser stores a few small preferences on your own device so the site behaves sensibly. These never leave your browser and we cannot read them:
- The plan and add ons you selected, so your checkout is still there if you navigate away.
- Your language choice.
- Your ticked items on the onboarding asset checklist.
- A referral code, if you arrived through a referral link, so credit goes to the right person.
You can clear all of it by clearing your browser data for this site.
When you buy a plan
Checkout happens on Stripe, not on our website. Stripe collects your name, email, billing address and card details, and handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the purchase, your name and email, what you bought, and the last four digits and card type. We never receive or store your full card number.
When you become a client
To do the work we collect what you send us during onboarding: your business details, market and service areas, your voice and goals, your logo and brand assets, photos and videos, and any existing marketing material you share. We also collect the access we need to publish to your platforms.
When you contact us
Your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us.
Why we use it
- To deliver the service you paid for.
- To bill you and keep accurate financial records.
- To communicate with you about your account and your content.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not use your content to train AI models for anyone else's benefit.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade or rent it.
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Stripe, our payment processor, which handles the payment itself.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, scheduling, file storage and client communication. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- The social platforms you have asked us to publish to, which receive the content we post on your behalf.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
If you want the current list of the specific providers we use, email us and we will send it to you.
How long we keep it
We keep client files and content for as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can hand your material back or answer questions. Financial records are kept as long as tax law requires.
As a general rule we keep your content and brand assets for 12 months after your service ends, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email bair@bairbell.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Deleting your information may mean we can no longer provide the service.
If you are in California, you have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we hold, the right to have it deleted, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to client material to the people doing the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that it is.
Children
This service is for real estate professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell current clients by email.
